How Many Chiropractic Sessions Are Needed?

Have you ever wondered how Many Chiropractic Sessions you will need? In an ideal world all patients would need one adjustment that would correct them for the rest of their lives, or until there is another sufficient physical trauma (such as a fall, injury or car crash).

However, our bodies are made of bone and muscle, not metal. We cannot be so easily shaped (if we could we would all be supermodels!). In the beginning of care we need more appointments and visits to a chiropractor centre in Singapore to guide the nervous system to more beneficial patterns, similar exercising more when wanting to get into better shape.

As an example, think of the idea of getting braces for your teeth. This is not done in one single appointment, because if it were the body would not be able to adapt properly to the new changes, such as the altered position for the gums and blood vessels around the teeth. Instead this happens gradually over time and lasts long term.

This is similar for Upper Cervical Chiropractic adjustments to the nervous system, we require more adjustments in the beginning (like having braces), then as time goes on we have spread out check-ups, usually every few months. Due to the nature of our lives there are continual, small stresses that can affect your nervous system. These check-ups are usually when you are symptom free to help maintain you this way and enjoy your life.

At Vitality Chiropractic, our tailored upper cervical chiropractic care plans are based on research and years of experience to determine how many Chiropractic sessions you need, to ensure that it is adequate to help your particular condition.
