What makes Vitality Chiropractic different?

With Chiropractic clinics opening more and more in Singapore it can be hard to differentiate the differences. At Vitality Chiropractic our approach is very different from our colleagues! We are the first to specialise in Upper Cervical care in Singapore, dedicated to helping patient with migraines, vertigo, headaches and neck problems. Read on to find out what makes us different and how we help our patients achieve their solution.

1. Nervous System Scans

We are the only centre in Singapore to test the nervous system at every visit. We use medical grade infrared technology to monitor the condition of the nervous system, helping us to track yor progress and know when we should or should not adjust you (shouldn’t adjust?! Read below to find out what this means)

Read here to learn more about Subluxation and how it is detected.

2. Technique

Vitality Chiropractic is the first to receive this training in Singapore and Southeast Asia, after postgraduate training in USA, Australia and Philippines. This particular type of Upper Cervical techniques is especially effective for neck related problems, such as migraines, headaches, neck pain and neurological problems.

3. X-rays

At Vitality Chiropractic we take specialised bio-mechanical x-rays to ensure we get the most accurate diagnosis, and to ensure that we perform the most precise adjustments to provide you with your solution. We also teach other colleagues within Singapore about these x-rays and how to read them.

Read here to learn more about our x-rays.

4. Resting suites

We are the only centres in Singapore with dedicated resting suites that our patients use after EVERY adjustment for 15 to 30 minutes. After the adjustments the patients go in to our rest room where there are special benches and Chiropractic cervical pillows in a zero gravity position. This room reduces the effect of the senses, even having the lights removed! These help patients to faster recovery times and lasting results.

5. Frequency of care

Due to the effectiveness of the technique, out appointments are less frequent and become more spread out over time. This results in more time saved, higher quality of life and money saved.

6. Don’t always adjust

This is a big difference. At Vitality Chiropractic our goal is NOT that you get an adjustment at every visit. As a premier Singapore chiropractic centre, our goal is that you get your nervous system checked and only get adjusted when needed. When the scans show you don’t need an adjustment this is a great sign, the body is healing and this is when symptoms improve.

Think of it like seeing your Dentist, you wouldn’t want them to have to pull out a tooth every visit, only when needed.

The same should be for Chiropractors, if they need to adjust at every visit then they aren’t correcting the problem and helping your case. The more appointments where no treatment is needed results in your appointments becoming more spread out.

Since 2013, Upper Cervical Chiropractor, Dr. Shaan Rai helped patients achieve greater health, relocating to Singapore in 2016 and founding Vitality Chiropractic Centres. He has an impressive track record in providing relief and solutions for people who experience nerve system problems, such as headaches, migraines, dizziness, vertigo or neurological conditions.

Take your life back.
